Blaze Fire will communicate any changes to project timelines promptly and in good faith.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all fees for services are quoted and payable in United States Dollars. Payment terms, including any required deposits, milestone payments, and final settlement arrangements, will be specified in the applicable client agreement. Blaze Fire reserves the right to suspend or terminate the provision of services if any payment is overdue by more than fifteen calendar days. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and levies, which will be the responsibility of the client unless otherwise specified in writing.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, whether contractual or non-contractual, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of China, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law that would result in the application of the laws of another jurisdiction.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty calendar days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in Chongqing, China, in accordance with the arbitration rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language, and the award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon both parties.
Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive relief or other equitable remedies in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the website or these Terms of Service must be filed within one year after such claim or cause of action arose, or be forever barred.

This confidentiality obligation shall survive the termination of the client engagement for a period of five years. Blaze Fire implements reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect client confidential information against unauthorized access, use, modification, or disclosure. The confidentiality obligations set forth in this section are without prejudice to any more stringent confidentiality provisions contained in the applicable client agreement.
14. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms of Service, or under any applicable client agreement, to the extent such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the affected party, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, fire, flood, earthquake, epidemic or pandemic, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, government actions or restrictions, internet or telecommunications outages, cyber attacks, or any other event or circumstance that could not reasonably have been foreseen or prevented by the affected party.
The party affected by a force majeure event shall promptly notify the other party in writing of the nature and expected duration of the event and shall use commercially reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact of the event and resume performance as soon as reasonably practicable. If a force majeure event continues for more than sixty calendar days, either party may terminate the affected engagement upon written notice to the other party. In the event of such termination, the client shall pay Blaze Fire for all services rendered up to the date of termination in accordance with the applicable client agreement.
15. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms of Service shall continue in full force and effect. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.
The failure of Blaze Fire to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. No waiver of any term or condition of these Terms of Service shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Blaze Fire to be effective. The headings used in these Terms of Service are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of these terms.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable client agreement or statement of work, constitute the entire agreement between you and Blaze Fire with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral, regarding such subject matter.
You acknowledge that you have read these Terms of Service, understand them, and agree to be bound by their terms and conditions. You further acknowledge that no reliance is placed on any representation made but not expressly contained in these Terms of Service. Any amendments or modifications to these Terms of Service must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Blaze Fire. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms of Service and the terms of any applicable client agreement, the terms of the client agreement shall prevail with respect to the specific services covered by that agreement.
